Wendy Manor Assisted Living

Wendy Manor, a Heart to Home residential assisted living, licensed by the State of Michigan, provides 24/7 personal care, protection, and supervision for up to six (6) individuals who are aged and/or diagnosed with Alzheimer's/dementia. 

Wendy Manor is located at 15539 Wendy Street, Taylor, MI 48180.    

Wendy Manor is a ranch style home that promotes safety and encourages social interactions for all residents and those diagnosed with Alzheimer's/dementia. The home has 2 private bedrooms, 2 semi private bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry facilities on the first floor. French doors lead to the beautiful deck with wheelchair ramp & spacious backyard that provides a safe, private, and comfortable outdoor living environment. Wendy Manor is free from clutter and has a simple floor plan design to encourage safe navigation and allow for easy recognition of designated spaces within the home.     

Wendy Manor is equipped with cameras in the common areas and door alarms on all three exits to prevent potential safety/wandering issues. All exits are located in the common areas making them well visualized/monitored by staff. The house has a ramp on the front of the residence for ease of entry and exit from the home. The steps leading into the home are equipped with handrails. The home is compatible for those who have weakness and/or difficulty ambulating; as the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room are all on the first level and have 24/7 caregiving services for assistance. We are unable to accommodate bed bound residents at this time.
